Job Description

eWay Corp is a provider of website design/development, content management, cloud infrastructure solutions to Public Sector customers in the United States.

We’re looking to add a graphic designer to our Sales Team for our Public Sector Bids. Our list of services includes website and Software Development, e-Commerce, AWS Cloud Migration, Managed Hosting, Cloud Infrastructure Management and Optimization. Candidate will be responsible for converting Proposals generated by the Sales team into captivating printable documents to help win the contract.

Job Description

• Interact with the sales team to determine resource and procedural requirements.
• Develop graphical covers, headers and footers that represent the company brand.
• Conceptualize proposal graphics and create/edit high-end graphics.
• Assist in the reproduction and binding/packaging of all proposal volumes for scheduled reviews and delivery.
• Ensure all graphics are consistent within the proposal and are at print quality.
• Participate in quality reviews to ensure the latest graphics are included in the proposal.
• Attend and participate in kick-off, daily status and review meetings.

Deliverables

• Proposal graphics.
• Proposal cover, tabs, etc.
• Proposal PowerPoint presentation slides.
• Formatted Proposal printable copy in PDF or Word format.

Skills & Requirments

• Graduate in English with a bachelor’s degree in graphical design or related field.
• 10 years of experience as a graphic designer with at least 3 years in the development of marketing material such as proposals and presentations.
• Advanced software expertise in Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to ensure deadlines are met.

Education

• Bachelor’s in graphic designing.
• Master’s in graphic designing.
