Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Content Writer to lead our storytelling and brand voice. You will be responsible for creating high-impact, unique, and SEO-friendly content that engages our audience across all digital touchpoints. From technical blogs to punchy social media campaigns, you will be the voice of Wagento.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Content Creation: Research and write unique, SEO-friendly blogs and articles that drive organic traffic and position Wagento as a thought leader in the e-commerce space.

Social Media Strategy: Craft engaging copy for social media platforms to build community and increase brand awareness.

Newsletters & Email Marketing: Develop compelling newsletters to keep our clients and prospects informed and engaged.

Brand Advocacy: Ensure all content aligns with Wagento’s brand voice, maintaining consistency in tone and quality across all channels.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and SEO teams to identify trending topics and optimize content for maximum reach.

Adaptive: Staying up to date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends.

Requirement

Experience: 5+ years of experience in professional content writing, preferably within the B2B tech or e-commerce sector.

Industry: Experience working in an IT service-based industry.

SEO Expertise: Proven ability to integrate keywords naturally and write content that ranks on search engines without compromising quality.

Writing Skills: Exceptional command of the English language with a portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles (blogs, newsletters, social media).

Tech Stack: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus.

Attributes: Self-motivated with a high level of creativity and attention to detail.

Education
