Job Description

• Writing and coordinating content for client-facing newsletters, white papers, blogs and key customer stories.
• Helping plan and implement social marketing campaigns for specific marketing goals.
• Researching subject matter online, developing story outlines, references reliable source material.
• Seeking out opportunities to engage with influencers.
• Writing/Editing corporate communication including announcements, press releases, corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, and sales enablement materials as needed.
• Staying up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends.
• Expertise in SEO based content writing.

Skills & Requirments

• Ability to work with different departments on the projects assigned.
• Experience working in an IT service-based industry.
• Proactive and self-motivated. Ability to independently look for solutions.
• Passion for creative content
• Experience using Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for B2B marketing and demand generation.
• Superior English writing and editing skills.
• Ability to share writing samples.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.
• Degree in Marketing / Journalism / English Literature.
