eWay Corp is a leading provider of website/e-commerce design/development, content management, and cloud infrastructure solutions to commercial/Public Sector customers in the United States.

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, Python, YAML, JSON, APIs, and databases to develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance solutions and integrating various third-party services using RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js (backend) and Python for scripting and automation.
• Work with YAML and JSON to structure configuration files and API responses.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support application functionality.
• Optimize and manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable microservices and serverless applications.
• Develop frontend components (if required) using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices in applications.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and follow best practices in software development, version control, and CI/CD

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Python.
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience with JSON and YAML.
• Solid understanding of API development and integration.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Knowledge on AWS APIs and SDKs is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React/Vue/Angular) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging abilities, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Understanding of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
