Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join Wagento. In this role, you will manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their success with our diverse e-commerce solutions, including Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, and other platforms. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client goals and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal development, marketing, and support teams to deliver tailored e-commerce solutions across Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, and other platforms.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling Wagento’s services, such as custom integrations, SEO refinement, and server optimization.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client objectives and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders using CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize client value and company profitability.
- Stay informed about e-commerce trends, platform updates (Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, etc.), and competitor offerings to provide clients with valuable insights.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, including website builds, platform migrations, and customizations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or web development industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Magento, BigCommerce, and Shopify Plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with web development processes, SEO, digital marketing, and platform-specific integrations is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
