eWay Corp is a provider of website design/development, content management, cloud infrastructure solutions to Public Sector customers in
the United States.We are looking for a Senior HR Analyst who will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle in the organization. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee support, benefits administration, training, employee relations, and performance management. The candidate will also facilitate employee engagement initiatives, handle benefits queries, and provide training on employee relations and co-ordinate performance management with the respective team leads and managers. Additionally, the role involves managing employee offboarding and coordinating appraisal process.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Coordinating job postings.
  • Sourcing candidates.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Maintaining individual recruitment data and analytics related to recruitment.
  • Conducting interviews.
  • Putting together an employment offer.
  • Guiding the salary negotiations.
  • Performing reference and background checks.
  • Managing the employee onboarding process, including new employee orientation.
  • Complying with all relevant laws regarding reporting and records retention.
  • Working with immigration for visas for foreign hires, payroll & Administration.
Payroll and Administration
  • Work with HRIS and accounting team to process payroll.
  • Assist employees with shared questions such as payroll and benefits and direct employees to the correct functional HR team.
  • Asset Management- Coordinate with the people responsible and keep track of company assets.
Employee Administration & Support
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including staff files, HRIS data, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintaining leave records.
  • Coordinating with employees on leave requests.
  • Coordinate and facilitate company events and employee engagement initiatives.
Benefits Administration
  • Oversee any queries and administration tasks related to employee benefits and benefits, including healthcare, provident fund, and vacation time.
Employee Relations
  • Training – The HR Generalist should be the expert in manager/employee relations and training managers on giving feedback and building and maintaining solid relationships with their team.
  • Employee Offboarding- Responsible for the complete employee offboarding process to ensure smooth separation and transition.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Sending out birthday/anniversary emails and gifts.
Performance management
  • Coordinate with department heads and employees to conduct appraisal calls and feedback.
  • Prepare all necessary letters and maintain records.

Skills & Requirements

  • Knowledge of the local language will be an advantage.
  • Master’s with specialization in HR with relevant work experience (5-7 years in HR).
  • Strong communication and organization skills. Proactive mindset.
